Update 11 Jan 2018: The items I ordered arrived today without notice. Still showing as "invoiced" on their website and nothing more.

Plus, no one EVER replied to any of my emails requesting tracking, info on whether or not my item had shipped, etc., like a black hole.

At least I got what I ordered. Kudo's to them for that...

Ordered, no problem. They charged my card, no problem.

Shipped? Problem. It's been ten days and still shows as "invoiced." And no replies to emails. Now that I've read other reviews, I'm afraid I may never get what I ordered.

And if I do, the warranty period for 30-day return will be long over of course. Overall, I think I got taken and will probably file a dispute with my CC company. They file with EU credit agencies on people who fraudulently charge cards (charging someone and not shipping the item is fraud).

Not out just the money, but the time to go find the boots somewhere else and get them before I'm too old to ride anymore. Sigh...
