I'm sorry for my initial review.The confirmation emails were going to my SPAM folder.

This item shipped quickly and I hope to receive it soon.

Again, I"m truly sorry for my initial bad review.Order shipped within 48 hours of me placing the order.

Zero communication and terrible customer service.I placed my order 6 days ago and have not even received an order confirmation email.

I log in online and it only shows they received my order and invoiced me, but doesn't show it's in process or the lead time. I tried calling from the US which cost me $15 and sat on hold with no one answering the phone. I have emailed them twice with no response. This seems like a fraudulent internet company.

By far the worst online ordering experience that has ever happened to me. Buyer beware. Save your time and money and order from someone else.

My requests are simple.When will my order ship and what is the standard transit time for orders shipping to the Southeast United States?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100.
